We are happy to invite everyone who is already familiar with Tavistock Group Relations method into the working conference where we will explore the application of Group Relations principles in different roles and organizations!
Date: 2 and 3 February 2024.
Place and format: Conference is face2face and takes place in Vilnius.
In this 1,5 days working conference we will explore how core Group Relations principles can be applied in organisational contexts and professional roles. This working conference invites you to dive into some theory and practice of learning about (unconscious) organizational dynamics, from a Group Relations tradition and systems-psychodynamic perspective.
Martha Mens and Martijn van der Spek form the core staff of Utrecht Universities executive program Inside Dynamics in Organisations and both are having extensive experience in applying theory into practice via their roles as organisational consultants.
Anyone who is familiar with Group Relations method and has participated in at least one Group Relations conference.
